Job Description:

  • Ledger scrutiny & Maintenance of DQ India accounts.
  • verification of provisions & Prepaid Schedule.
  • Preparation of financial statements for DQE consolidated.
  • Year-end Financials, segmental, Notes to account, BSE/NSE format, Board signatures.
  • Providing required info to statutory auditor and attending to their queries.
  • Auctorial valuation & WACC rate.
  • Ensure timely MIS is being updated and the accuracy of data
  • Coordinate for preparation of R&O on monthly basis and workout the estimates or Projections.
  • Review the Business Plan and update the actuals against the budget ( Monthly activity ).
  • Administer the IFC controls are being place, on a monthly basis need to ensure that the concerned employee ensure all the controls.
  • Test check on a sample basis (Monthly activity). On quarterly basis prepare the MIS to Board of directors on the IFCOFR.
  • Income tax, GST, Corporate laws, PF, ESI, etc.) and test check the compliance.
Required Skill-sets:
  • Strong Working Knowledge on Accounting.
  • Hands on Experience on MIS Reporting.
  • Should be Pro-active with Good Communication Skills.

Job Description:

Expert knowledge in accounting using multi-currency consolidation, Indian GAAP and IFRS. Direct Tax, International Taxation and Indirect Tax, Budgeting & MIS, Knowledge on GST.

  • HOD for the Accounts Department and hence should be a Team Player
  • Preparation, Finalization of accounts as per IGAAP. Also to comply with quarterly results for submission to stock exchange
  • Preparation, Finalizing as per IFRS. Also to comply with half yearly results for submission to stock Exchange
  • Consolidation of the Financials of multiple entities in global scenario
  • Good knowledge of Tally Accounting package
  • Preparation and review of budget / Business Plan / MIS
  • Liaison with Statutory and Internal Auditors
  • Experience of attending Income tax hearings/ assessment. Knowledge of transfer pricing/ international taxation
  • Good understanding of service Tax /SEZ regulations
  • Working knowledge in dealing with Banks, Loans and credit facilities
  • Will be required to attend Audit committee and Board Meetings
