Desired Profile
- Master Degree from a reputed university and preferably from management background
- 10 to 12 years of hands on experience in the field of Training/academics/sales and worked in a similar profile for 5+ years.
- Pleasing personality, smart, articulate, excellent speaking/writing skills in English & Hindi
- Computer savvy
- Good at Public relation and Marketing to achieve timely targets
- Should be capable of handling the overall operations individually
- Cooperative to management style and confidence to make difficult decisions
- Should drive the operation as a Profit/Centre head from end to end
- Age around 35-40 years
- Preferred candidate from, in and around Bhopal - MP
Job Description
- Manage day-to-day center operations which includes: Administration, Finance, MIS, Enrollments, Discipline, Grievance handling, Mentoring, Counseling, Curriculum completion, Evaluations, Tests, Certificates, Soft Skills training, English Speaking training etc
- Maximizing Individual & Team Performance for the growth of the Centre
- Fine tuning of system & procedure
- Handling students with client satisfaction perspective
- Conduct presentations to prospective and enrolled students
- Build relationships to increase brand visibility and brand recognition through grassroots marketing for achieving timely targets
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of periodic MIS reports to Corporate Office
