Junior Soft Skills Trainer

    Job Description:

  • Candidate will be responsible to design, develop and deliver basic Soft Skills Training Programs
  • Must possess good speaking skills in English
  • Must possess basic experience in conducting training sessions
  • Communication, Professional Behaviour and Grooming etc
  • Is responsible to inculcate a sense of professionalism in the Associates
  • Must keep in mind and focus on the Training Needs of the Organisation
  • Understand the Training Policies, Practices and Activities
  • Must be conforming and open to constructive feedback

    • Person specification / Skills / Experience:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate with a minimum experience of: 3 - 5 years
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and delivering training programmes
  • Should possess good conversational/interactive skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Diplomacy and politeness
  • Ability to work independently, if required
  • Commitment to the Mission and Vision Of T&D
  • Well groomed with a Professional Bearing and Appearance
  • Open to commuting among all the locations of DQE.
  • Only female candiates are preffered.
    • Competencies:

  • Demonstrable experience in designing and delivering training programmes
  • Good MS office skills, especially PowerPoint, are required
  • Ability to take up training assignments with a focus to make a difference
  • Ability to handle priorities in a professional and timely manner
  • Good Oral and Written Communication Skills
  • Ability to effectively present information in a clear manner and respond to questions logically
